Just keep swimming.....

Hello readers!! Swimming Gala this year was awesome. Surprisingly, SELADANG won this year. Harimau came in second. Beruang, shamelessly came in third. And last but not least, Helang :) I slept over Sara Suhaili's house the night of Swimming Gala. I was glad that I could spend time with her cause I don't get to see her that much in school. We baked cupcakes and went swimming. Sara's house is very lovely. She just moved in a month ago to Bukit Kiara. Anyone interested for her address, ask me. :) We went to Swimming Gala together the next day. We were an hour late but, oh well. There were alot people by then. I didn't see Datin Freida that day. But I did saw Dr. Rizal snapping pictures everywhere. I was cheering with the other Beruangs, soon after I arrived in Cheras. I nearly got a sore throat, like last year, but thankfully I didn't. There were many things for sale in the Bazaar this year. Some very odd stuff too, like organic vegetables and strawberries. There was a vegetarian cooking competition too. Very random right? I know. After Swimming Gala, Athira, Iwawan Shi Fen and I followed Sara back to her house to swim. Like what Iwawan told us, "we're swimming because everyone else did today". That was very true. It was a well-deserved swim for all of us as we were all sweaty and hot by then. Overall, I think last weekend was one of the most memorable weekends I had this year. Games Carnival here I come!!!

The last time I've posted something up in this very sad looking blog was exactly a month and 5 days ago. This means I'm suppose to be having approximately 16 post by now but I've only done 2. 2 very sad looking posts. Sorry teacher. Okay. I'll just tell you readers what I've been doing for the pass 6 days of my life. Why 6? Well frankly nothing really interesting had happened 6 days before today.

11/02/09 Wednesday
I skipped lesson that day and went to Cochrane, KL, for the annual MSSMKL Netball. For the first time this year, I represented school in the under-18 team, instead of the under-15 team. The players of 2007's netball team were reunited again this year to continue the winning strike of becoming the Champions of Zon Bangsar, which were successfully achieved by Cempaka for 3 years consecutively. I was positioned as the Goal Shooter this year. In total, we played 3 games that day. We managed to win all of the games and we were qualified to go to the semi-finals on Friday. We were ecstatic.

12/02/09 Thurday
It was school as per normal that day. We had our last netball practice of this year's "Netball Season" after school and then I had accounts tuition. Sandra, the Head of CCB, and also to the Deputy Head Prefect asked me to help out with the Valentine's Day orders. When I got to Sivagamii's house, they were practically finished with the orders. The only thing I had to do was cut strips of ribbon, tie the ribbons to the brownies' boxes and eat dinner with a bunch of other form 5's.

13/02/09 Friday
Friday the 13th. A day known to be as the worst of luck day. Not for me!! We won MSSMKL Netball and we represented Zon Bangsar once again. :) Adding to that, the under-15 team also brought back the gold plus the primary managed to win the second place. That day was by far one of the best days of my life in 2009. It felt so awesome to be winning the competition yet again. What was even more awesome was the victory lunch after that. We got treated by Dr. Rizal to lunch in Chillis. We somehow got high on the Chocolate Molten Cake when we were in the bus and that in turn made us laugh non-stop. And again shall I say, that is definitly one of the highlights to be rememebered of this year. The only down side of that day was the fact that I sprained my left ring finger. Observe:



14/02/09 Saturday
Valentine's Day. Despite all the fun I had on Friday, I missed Valentine's celebration in school. With the help of Athira and Mei Jing, all my flowers and chocolates were taken and given for me. I went to Janda Baik with my family. We were planning to spend the night there. Valentine's Day was definitely fun because I could spend it with my family.

15/02/09 Sunday
I finished up my homework and recovered from the hectic week. I couldn't do much homework though. My finger was still swollen and it was painful when I wrote anything down. I got back home from Janda Baik and continued my recovery by watching TV and surfing the Net.

16/02/09 Monday
Today. Came back to school. School went by fairly quick. I started this post during English (as instructed) and here I am now 6 hours later. Still updating it. I went for BM tuition just an hour ago. I plan on finishing my homework due for tomorrow and watch TV later on in the night. Good BYE!
